We bought a 4 bedroom 2 bath hilltop village home 1 hour outside Florence in June 2023. I found Suman searching for designers online. She is fantastic! Suman helped renovate our kitchen, a bathroom, a long balcony terrace, and design the room layouts with new furniture and fixtures. She helped choose paint colors. source furniture and kept track of finances spent. We had the luck of having Suman as interior decorator of the apartment we bought in Toscany. Not only this but she made much more as conducting the needed renovations: redoing the kitchen, 2 bathroom, having a new heating system and air-conditioning system . We received a "new" modern and beautiful , well functioning apartment. She made it all as we are not living in Italy neither speaking Italian. If you need a designer that you can work with from far away in a well kept budget she is the one. Not knowing what to do or where to begin in a new language, Suman was a lifesaver in helping secure lighting, electrical technicians, painters, carpenters and trouble shooting on the small and large problems of re-decorating as they arose. Suman was also very good for sourcing some lovely pieces to add to rooms. The reconditioned chandelier was a bargain. The project took a little longer than initially anticipated but it was worth taking the extra time to get the elements right.
