Restyling dell’immobile eliminando il superfluo e riorganizzandogli elementi presenti, aggiungendo complementi e tessili per creare armonia, equilibrio e eleganza.

  • Allestimento parziale e un prospetto degli elementi da eliminare
  • Il noleggio dell'allestimento per 6 mesi oppure fino alla vendita se precedente

Property restyling by decluttering and reorganizing existing elements, adding accessories and textiles to create harmony, balance, and elegance.

  • Site inspection
  • Depersonalisation and decluttering - creation of a detailed list of elements to be eliminated & partial staging
  • Rental of elements used for staging up to 6 months
  • Professional photo shoot
  • Price is calculated considering areas to be furnished and interventions to be carried out (excluding extra services such as cleaning, painting, etc these services can be arranged upon request.)

HOMESTAGING COMPLETO

Si realizza in immobili vuoti o cantieri.
